01 / Who is responsible

BrentoBox is a registered business name of Brent Joseph Shester Matautia, a sole trader in Queensland, Australia (ABN 25 043 109 163). Privacy questions may be sent to office@brentobox.co.

02 / What is collected

BrentoBox collects information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, venture, website or public profile, current situation, what feels fragmented and why the work matters now. The website and its service providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate, secure and maintain the service.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information, confidential records or information you are not authorised to disclose.

03 / Why it is used

Information is used to assess an expression of interest, respond to correspondence, determine whether a conversation may be appropriate, maintain necessary business records and protect the integrity of the website. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated advertising.

04 / Native Apply™ and service providers

Apply™ is a native BrentoBox experience. Application responses pass directly from this website into a protected Application record in BrentoBox HQ™ for Founder review. The application does not create a Client, Project, engagement or payment obligation.

BrentoBox may use hosting, email, security and professional service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the institution or meet legal obligations. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

05 / Optional measurement

With your permission, this website uses a Meta dataset and pixel to record basic events such as a page view and a completed application. This helps BrentoBox understand which public expressions lead to an enquiry. Meta measurement remains off unless you select “Allow measurement”. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through “Measurement preferences”.

BrentoBox does not deliberately send application answers to Meta. Meta may process device and browser information when measurement is enabled. Read Meta’s privacy policy.

06 / Retention and protection

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required to assess and respond to the matter, maintain appropriate business records, resolve concerns or satisfy legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

07 / Access, correction and deletion

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by BrentoBox by emailing the Office. A request may be limited where retention is required or permitted by law. If you have a concern, describe it clearly so it can be reviewed and answered.

08 / Changes

This notice may be updated when the public service, its providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain published here.
